Though it is not advisable to cancel the registration, yet in case of any emergency or contingency there is a provision for cancellation. Institutes like COMAT, that offer CISM Singapore give the provision for 50% refund of fee if you cancel the registration two weeks prior with a written notice.
If you do not take your registration seriously and think of getting it cancelled last minute, just because you shall be refunded 100% then you are wrong. You should be careful in selecting dates and applying for the course, as last-minute cancellations lead to zero refund.
